If you decide the platform is not the right fit for you, simply contact support within 14 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund of your subscription fee.

To qualify:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• The account must be in good standing and not in violation of our terms of service.
• Advertising spend is paid directly to Meta and is not billed or processed by Leads Engine.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Price-lock benefits associated with annual plans are void if the subscription is refunded or canceled.

Leads Engine provides software tools and automation systems. Advertising performance and income results depend on user execution, market conditions, and platform factors.
